2. Products & Services

Velia Skin offers skincare products made with natural ingredients, including beef tallow, Manuka honey, and beeswax. While we take care to ensure our products are safe and effective, we are not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Always review the ingredient list before use.

3. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or errors in pricing.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. Velia Skin is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information. Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and excludes shipping costs.

6. Subscriptions

If you sign up for a product subscription, you agree to recurring charges unless you cancel prior to the next billing date. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
